1. Which delivery company do we use?
We are using [Poslaju, Skynet, Pgeon Express] to deliver. 

2. How long does it take to process your order?
After payment is credited to our account, we will process your order within 2 working days.

3. When do we send the parcel to Courier Company?
Every Monday to Friday (except Weekend & Public holiday).

4. Can I exchange after purchase?
Please refer to our exchange policy, or contact us through Facebook Messenger.

5. How do I know if my parcel has been shipped out?
A confirmation e-mail with tracking number will be sent to you, if no tracking number is received within 2 working days from the day the payment is made, please contact us through Facebook Messenger.

6. How do I know if the item is pre-order or ready stock?
All items are ready stock on our website.
